I had a 2 PM appointment, but on the day itself I was told to come at 2:30 PM. When I asked whether I could still get a consultation if I came at 2:30 PM since I had a personal schedule after 4 PM, they only said the basic waiting time was 1 hour. I was already near the hospital, so I was pretty flustered, and in the end I never got to see the doctor or even have a consultation, and I just went back because of my next appointment as 4 PM was approaching.. I understand to some extent since the doctor is famous for skill, but patients also make time by taking vacation or using their personal time, so I wish they would consider the patient’s side a bit more when scheduling appointments.
