Consultation was done in the order of the manager, the director, then the manager. It was a revision eye surgery case, and I visited because it had loosened, so I was planning to do a buried stitch. They said since I had already done a partial incision before, I would need an incision. Incision wasn't something I had been considering, so I'm planning to think about it a bit more! The consultation with the director was good overall.
