During the consultation, the manager stood behind me the whole time, which felt uncomfortable;; They showed me a virtual rhinoplasty simulation, but honestly it was not very helpful. I wonder if the doctor was busy or just bothered, but he wanted to end the consultation very quickly and even answered questions in a half-hearted way. It got to the point where I felt awkward even asking things.. Before the surgery, the manager was very kind. But after the surgery, the attitude changed. Even when I contacted them, the response time was incredibly long and they would just send one-line replies. Truly lacking sincerity.. After the nose surgery, a problem came up
