I came in for a consultation while looking into closed rhinoplasty. I had heard that other places use cartilage particles mainly for the nasal tip, but here they said they can work from the bridge to the tip depending on the condition of the nose, so I also came in curious about that... haha. I went through a consultation with the manager first, then with the surgeon, and he explained things while looking at my nose shape and even drawing diagrams. He explained why autologous costal cartilage is used and how it differs from regular rhinoplasty
