Because I was worried about a long recovery and about a scar from an incision under the nose, I mainly looked into closed rhinoplasty, and during the consultation I was told that [Clinic A] could build both the bridge and the tip with autologous costal cartilage, so I decided to go ahead. During the consultation, I checked the expected design with a virtual simulation. Even if it does not show the exact final result, it did help me and the doctor match the line I wanted. However
