The director explained everything so well and listened to all the questions I had, which made everything really easy to understand. I also liked that they clearly told me which nose shape I should aim for and which parts might not improve after surgery. I would have liked it if the manager had also explained the consultation details again and not just told me about the cost, so that was disappointing.
