Consultation went in the order of manager - doctor - manager. I had a double eyelid consultation with Dr. Kim, and he seemed to want to operate conservatively without excessive treatment. Revision surgery is best avoided, but I liked the part about lifetime after-service. The manager was kind too, and the hospital was clean.
