I booked a consultation after a long debate. There was a bit of a wait, but first I consulted with the manager and then moved on to the director consultation. The director definitely explained things properly, and I’m looking forward to understanding what the problem is and what wasn’t good, but since this is a revision surgery, I’m still thinking it over. I plan to have another consultation.
