The consultation went in the order of manager - director - manager. I got a double eyelid consultation from Director Kim, and it seemed like he wanted to operate conservatively without overtreatment. Revision surgery is best avoided, but the part about lifelong aftercare was nice. The manager was kind too, and the hospital was clean.
