I was treated by the chief director, and wow... it was truly the pinnacle of sloppiness and rudeness. First of all, during the consultation, they don't let you take your mask off completely. They're discussing nose surgery, which is on the very center of the face, so how do they make a decision without even looking at the face? Haha.. The explanation of the nose surgery process didn't even take 5 minutes, and I just decided there was no way I should get it done here ^^
