I had nose surgery 10 years ago, and because my skin had become thinner, the silicone was showing through badly, so I had revision surgery.
First of all, the consultation expertise is so much higher than at other hospitals that it’s not even comparable. The director speaks quickly, but explains their own surgical method in as much detail as possible. I think the consultation lasted more than forty minutes.
I even went back for another consultation a week before surgery because I was nervous, and they still responded kindly then.
The director never does overly aggressive surgery. They create the shape using skin and autologous cartilage within a safe range. So if you want a dramatic change from your own bone structure or original nose shape, I wouldn’t recommend it. In particular, if you have almost no bridge, it seems better to use silicone rather than a no-implant option.
My bridge wasn’t particularly flat, so I’m very satisfied. I wanted to look naturally prettier, and this is exactly right! (Old acquaintances who see me after a long time don’t even know I had revision nose surgery..) If you want a dramatic change, get silicone surgery; if you want a natural look, I recommend Director Park.
The price was high because it was revision surgery + no implant.. But it was still cheaper than revision surgery using rib cartilage.
