They explained things well before I even asked any questions. It seemed like they preferred doing it decisively if it was going to be done at all, meaning making it high, but that was different from the direction I wanted. When I said I wanted to do it in a natural way that would improve the shortcomings without making it obvious, they said it would be difficult to do it that way. I liked that they clearly said what could not be done and what could be done.
