I went to get a consultation for nose surgery, but I didn't actually consult with the doctor; I only talked to the manager and then left. The manager even took photos, told me how the nose surgery would be done, and chose the materials too. She was kind, but it was hard to trust and go ahead with surgery without even seeing the doctor
