The director himself was kind and really good. There was a male assistant? who seemed to be by the director's side during the procedure, and he looked like he had only recently started working. I was lying down during the procedure, and for some reason the director suddenly yelled at him and got visibly irritated. Whatever mistake he made, the atmosphere turned icy to the point that it was awkward even for me, and I felt a little uncomfortable throughout the procedure. The director himself is skilled and takes into account the area and style of the procedure you want. The front-desk staff are a little unfriendly.
