I could see that the doctor had tremendous knowledge and passion about nose surgery. When I asked at other hospitals, they just brushed it off saying they didn't really know. But here, they showed me some models and explained everything incredibly well. They looked at my nose first, drew a sketch, told me what additional things would be good to do, and seemed to be trying to make it in the direction the patient wants as much as possible.
