My nose is short and I have a fleshy-nose look, so while correcting that I decided to raise the bridge and tip at the same time. The surgery date is already set, and when I went for the consultation, they said the doctor would both perform the surgery and do the consultation personally. For now I was relieved to hear that, so even though the price was a little high, I think it was worth paying. But then again, when you think about the fact that the chief doctor is the one doing the surgery, it doesn't feel that expensive after all. I brought a few photos I had saved, and used those while consulting with the coordinator and the doctor. Anyway, I really want to get the surgery done soon!
