I had a consultation with the director, Director Lee. The patients who had surgery with a straight-to-slightly-curved nose line looked so pretty! And the director had such a great impression. The manager also had a calm but sharp, reliable vibe. They wrote down everything I wanted in the chart and felt like they passed all my needs on to the director! The director then explained the nose line I wanted based on the chart, showed me photos of surgeries with the line I wanted, and even drew on my photo to explain in really detailed terms how it would change. I got such a good consultation about nose explanation, and I liked that they had so many noses I wanted!
