He seems like he speaks casually, but if you listen, he explains things in quite a detailed way - He explained things well when I was torn between correction of the eye opening and double eyelid surgery - I had male small-incision double eyelid surgery (partial incision; my eyes naturally form a lot of overlapping folds, so I asked for a very thin inner double eyelid that would make them look like monolid eyes) - After surgery, I got 95% of the eyes I wanted. It would have been nice if it had come out 100%... More than 2.5 years later, there are no functional problems at all, and because it turned out so naturally, I am actually very satisfied.
