My current nose became uneven and square from the paranasal augmentation, like the nostril shape got hit by a square beam. A lot of my nostrils show from the front, and they show from the side too. The nose I want is refined but glamorous, but I don’t like when the nostril wings look like they’re being pulled up toward the nasal tip (my nose is like this now). My top priority is improving visible nostrils from the front and side, and I want the tip shape to be a bit slim and sleek! So I narrowed it down to directors who are good with upturned noses, shape the nasal tip and columella nicely, and are good at lengthening.
