I am debating between three options: nasal reconstruction with complete removal, then cosmetic surgery again, septal repositioning, and functional correction. During my first surgery, they shaved down the hump and raised the nasal tip with septal extension grafting, but I do not know what material was used. It has been over 10 years, so they said the surgical records have already been discarded. First of all, the problem is that my nasal septum is deviated, making it hard to breathe, so I have been going around for consultations.
