Nose Surgery Complication (Deviated Septum) Please Recommend a University Hospital..

I am debating between three options: nasal reconstruction with complete removal, then cosmetic surgery again, septal repositioning, and functional correction. During my first surgery, they shaved down the hump and raised the nasal tip with septal extension grafting, but I do not know what material was used.
