I’ve had nasal silicone + septal cartilage done, and I’m planning to remove the silicone soon and redo the nasal tip.
But my natural nose shape looked like the photo, and I’m wondering if the sunken area can only be improved with silicone?
If I take out all the silicone, the sunken area on my natural nose will show again, and I hate that part the most ㅜㅜ I don’t think it can be fixed just by adjusting the nasal tip.
Has anyone had a case similar to mine? ㅜㅜ

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
