It’s been about a month since my rhinoplasty, and they widened the nasal bridge area however they wanted, so from the front my nasal bridge now looks thicker than my nasal tip, like a gourd shape. Without saying anything, they said they were correcting my deviated nose and filled volume on both sides of the nasal bridge with costal cartilage particles. Could it possibly be because swelling is worse around the nasal bridge, or because more scar tissue has formed there? I really want to stop having surgery now, but only the nasal bridge area has become excessively wide, so I don’t know what to do about this.
