I had my first nose surgery 7 years ago (silicone for the nasal bridge, septal cartilage for the nasal tip). I was satisfied with the line, and my nose is very small and my skin is extremely thin, so I asked for it to look natural. Even so, maybe the doctor expected the nasal tip to drop, because in the beginning he raised the tip quite a lot. Back then I didn’t know it would drop this much, but in the end, while looking into revision surgery, I came to this community... I’m going for a consultation next week Still, I was satisfied with the surgical result because the line was shaped naturally and beautifully.
