I had nose alar reduction about 3 years ago? My nose was very bulbous and the alar base was big, so I was not satisfied after just one procedure and had it done twice. The first time, there was some asymmetry, but the fact that one after-service adjustment was possible was a big advantage, and the second time they corrected the asymmetry almost completely, so I was satisfied. Recommended if you want reduction within a natural range.
