Day 5 after nose surgery. I can’t breathe or sleep because of blood scabs inside my nose

My nosebleeds have mostly stopped now, but because of the blood scabs inside my nose, I can’t breathe. Is it okay to go to an ENT clinic and get nasal irrigation, or should I rinse it myself with normal saline?
