But it feels like for a first surgery they insist on using only ear cartilage and septal cartilage. I got the impression they do not really want to operate on very difficult noses. I brought both photos I liked and photos I did not like, but they said they were all basically the same nose, so I was a bit taken aback. Still, they seem honest, because they told me clearly where the limit would be. The clinic facilities were just average and clean. But for the Photoshop retouching, they said I would have to put down a deposit first, so that was a second surprise.
