I was originally thinking of doing it at JYS, but I had my first surgery somewhere else, and I ended up regretting it because the degree of change at JYS was much smaller. But I also heard they tend to make the nasal tip a bit slim and tapered, whether it’s cartilage repositioning or leaving some cartilage in... If that’s the case, would it look a bit unnatural even when removing it? Ah, there’s so much to think about. If I leave the septal cartilage anyway, it counts as a revision, so should I just not leave it at all, or leave only the ear cartilage... I can’t predict what changes depending on what I leave in... Ah, how nice it would have been if I’d gone extremely natural from the start. Sigh ㅠ
