Does anyone here know where there is one???ㅠㅠ I’m desperate, please let me know …. A step-off has formed because of scar tissue at the nasal tip and columella ㅠㅠㅠㅠ It seems like my original clinic won’t do it. I guess if side effects occur from a triamcinolone injection in the nasal columella, the risk is high. But there’s a really noticeable step-off, and revision surgery has to be after 6 months, but I’m only at 2 months now ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
