When I look from the front, the nasal tip feels round and protrudes forward. Is this because of the ear cartilage? If I remove the ear cartilage, will it get a bit better? Or is it swelling..... When removing the ear cartilage, I can't estimate what the shape will be, so it's frustrating, ha ㅠ Can just ear cartilage make it this bulky? ㅠ
