I’m now in week 3 after having early removal 10 days after surgery, because right after my first nose surgery I suddenly noticed my nose had become crooked + the columella was shifted + my nostrils became uneven. During my first surgery, I had 5 mm silicone + Medpor + ear cartilage, and I also had bulbous nose correction. The removal was a complete removal, and the cartilage tying was left as is! After removal I feel relieved, and maybe because of swelling, my nose is a little higher than my original nose shape, so it looks good from the side too. But my nose is upturned, and my left nostril is slightly higher, so I’m worried... Everyone says an upturned nose comes down, so I feel a little okay about that, but does the unevenness not change? Today it looks really severe, and the shape changes every day, getting better and worse, so I don’t even know what my actual shape isㅜ I’ll attach the photo for now, but will this not change?ㅜㅜㅜㅜ In real life it’s not as bad as in the photo. Sorry about my skin....

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
