The foreign-body sensation and tenderness from the silicone were so severe that I removed the silicone and cartilage and left only the support strut in place ㅠ But when the silicone was inserted, they shaved down my nasal bridge, so they said it could look square and broad. They suggested placing dermis, but I didn’t do it, and now I regret it so much.. Has anyone here added dermis later on? It probably isn’t possible with a closed approach, right? I’m scared of cutting the columella again ㅠ Would I definitely have to wait 6 months for additional dermis too..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
