The foreign-body sensation and tenderness from the silicone were so severe that I removed the silicone and cartilage and left only the support strut in place But when the silicone was inserted, they shaved down my nasal bridge, so they said it could look square and broad. They suggested placing dermis, but I didn’t do it, and now I regret it so much.. Has anyone here added dermis later on? It probably isn’t possible with a closed approach, right? I’m scared of cutting the columella again Would I definitely have to wait 6 months for additional dermis too..
