Everyone, it’s been a while. I chose a hospital and I’m having surgery soon! Because my skin has gotten thinner and I have redness, I decided to put buttock dermis in my nasal tip. I hadn’t planned on using dermis at all, but the last revision rhinoplasty specialist hospitals I visited said it seemed like I would need a dermal graft, so I decided to trust them with it. I originally wanted postauricular dermis or MegaDerm, but they said buttock dermis is best when there is redness, so I decided on this. But I’m still not sure if it’s the right choiceㅠ Still, the doctor seems very trustworthy, so I’m going to trust him and go ahead. If it goes well, I’ll definitely leave a real review.. The plan is to remove as much of the septal extension graft as possible, remove the ear cartilage too, build an ear cartilage support strut, and overlay dermis! If anyone here has had their nasal tip overlaid with dermis, please share some infoㅠ Even very small advice, opinions, or information are all very welcome.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
