Everyone, after septal extension, when I look from the front my nostrils feel like tunnels…? This probably can’t be fixed just by trimming the septum a bit, right? …(The hospital where I had my revision says they’ll just trim it slightly, not undo the whole septal extension and lower it properly at the right angle or anything like that…^^damn) No, the doctor… said my nostrils show so we should do nostril lowering, but then what am I supposed to do if they lift my nose even more, seriously are they insane? ㅠ Before, I had a dragon-like nose, so even when my nostrils showed, half of it looked skin-colored and half looked like black nostril holes, so I never really felt it looked weird… But now the two black nostril holes look wide open, and it’s stressing me out so muchㅠㅠㅠ The tight, constricted feeling in the septum, stuffiness, foreign-body sensation + cartilage showing through + tunnel nostrils, seriously ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ There’s no answer I really want to have it removed, but I’m scared something will go wrongㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ
