I had rhinoplasty without implants 3 years ago, and I want to remove the cartilage from my nasal tip.. I don’t want to put in silicone or do anything else. I just want to remove it.. The step-off at the nasal tip bothers me too, and I feel like my nose protrudes too much compared to my face. Anyway, I heard the doctor who did my surgery has opened an independent practice. Should I go find that doctor and get a consultation..? It would be good to meet several other doctors who do a lot of revision surgeries too, right..? I’m curious if there’s anyone who, like me, had rhinoplasty without implants and then had revision surgery (removal) ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
