Curious about opinions on full nose implant removal ㅜ

In 2024.01, I had surgery outside Seoul with 5 mm silicone on the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip... There’s a round area of cartilage show-through at the nasal tip, so I went to the hospital where I had the surgery and asked about removal too, you know? But their answer was that show-through at this level is something you just live with, and when I asked about removal, they said things like, “Why are you trying to take it out for no reason?” and “Removing only the silicone is a very easy surgery,” so I got really turned off. When I tell other people, they say they can notice it too. Since it’s my own face, I guess it’s just at the level where I get stressed every time I see it. So I was just going to live like this, but when light shines on it, the round shape showing bothers me, so in the end I only made consultation appointments at ㅊㅁ and ㅍㄹㅁ. It would be right to look around at more hospitals too, right..? ㅜㅜ Honestly, removal isn’t urgent, and it’s just that it bothers me + once it started bothering me, I don’t know if it’s just in my head or what, but I feel a foreign-body sensation + anxiety, so I made the consultation appointments, and I’m conflicted. Right now I’m not in a situation where I can go to Seoul often, and I’m even less in a situation where I can have surgery, so I’m going crazy!!! Can everyone who has had removal or gone around for consultations share information? ㅜㅜ Even when I got my first surgery, I looked into it roughly and did it really hastily, but if I make up my mind for sure about removal this time, I never want to touch it again ㅠ ㅠ ㅠ My natural nose is really hopeless, but I just want to live comfortably. It feels like a waste to remove it after not even maintaining it for 2 years, but just...,.
