Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I'm considering early removal because of a foreign-body sensation and nasal obstruction. What do you think?

I'm on day 10 after my first surgery, which was implant-free rhinoplasty + osteotomy. Considering the swelling, I do like the nose shape itself... But the nasal obstruction on the left side that I felt right after surgery still hasn't gone away. The clinic said my septum was originally deviated, and because cartilage was added on both sides, it protrudes more toward the deviated side. But they say it's not at an abnormal level. But I'm going crazy. I keep feeling a foreign-body sensation in my nostril. They say that if they remove one of the problematic pieces of cartilage through early correction, there is a possibility that my nose could become crooked or collapse. I'm so stressed because of this, and before it gets any later, I don't know whether I should have it removed at a hospital specializing in removal, or go the early-correction route.
