I had silicone, septal extension, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but because of nasal tip show-through and anxiety, I was planning to have them removed. But both clinics said my nose is naturally very short and upturned, so they recommended removing only the silicone, repositioning the cartilage, and leaving the septal cartilage. When I looked it up, this seems to be called revision surgery without an implant? This also has a high chance of side effects, right,,? The doctors say it’s fine because it’s my own tissue anyway, but I really wanted to live without worrying about it at all,, They say partial removal eventually ends in total removal anyway I guess this is the best option?? I’m so torn,,,
