My nasal tip cartilage is showing through and has become pointy

Does anyone maybe have the same symptoms as me? I only have a septal support graft, no silicone or inflammation or anything like that, and maybe because my skin is really thin, after 7 years the nasal tip started showing through and at some point became pointy I tried to live with it by kind of turning a blind eye, but it’s too pointy, so I can’t.. If it weren’t just for the pointy nasal tip, I wouldn’t want to do anything So I don’t want to put in things like ear cartilage anymore, and I’m going around for consultations in the direction of removing it or lowering it in a way that won’t cause problems, but the original ㅁㅌ that did my surgery says there’s no answer except revising the nasal tip with donated dermis. I’ve seen too many side effects from AlloDerm and MegaDerm, so I absolutely don’t want to use donated dermis. And the doctor said if the septal cartilage is removed, the nasal tip will droop and aesthetically it will look really bad, so they didn’t recommend it. ㅍㄹㅁ said removal is possible, and I had a consultation, but there were no review photos and because of a few bad reviews, I passed.. At ㅅㅅㅇ, the doctor was very conservative and told me to go back to the original hospital They also opposed complete removal of the support graft here, saying there are many people who remove it and then put it back in because they’re dissatisfied with the shape. Since I’m not a case of inflammation or contracture, I think they sent me away. And I’ve booked consultations at ㅅㅇ(ㅣㅜ), ㄹㅋㅋ(ㅗㅗㅗ), and since with ㄹㅋㅋ it’s not just about going to a removal clinic, aesthetics are important too I also booked ㅈㅇ(ㅓㅇㅜ) and ㄱㅅ(ㅗㄱㅐㅁ). I’m seriously from the provinces, so even going around for consultations isn’t easy.. The train fare is no joke either^^ I wanted to have surgery in May if I could, but it seems hard.. When I searched before, Dr. Lee Kyung-mook at ㅇㅂㅈ was famous, so I want to get a consultation, but it’s a large clinic and they use a lot of materials, so I’m holding off.. The place I want is ㅌㄹㄷ, but.. they also manipulate too much and use a lot of materials.. For friends with cartilage showing through like mine, did you all end up removing it? I’m curious
