About 10 years ago, I had surgery because of rhinitis and a bulbous nose, but my nasal congestion got worse and the shape looked blunt, so I just wasted money My nose is on the larger side, so I wanted it to look slimmer, but it just felt chubbier,, I thought I needed revision surgery. I heard this clinic was good at both cosmetic and functional surgery, so I went for a consultation, and they examined me very thoroughly, which was nice. They used my septal cartilage in my first surgery, so this time I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage. I told them my nasal congestion was severe and difficult to deal with, and they said it was because the deviated septum hadn’t been properly corrected. They said that if the nasal tip support was set well, there wouldn’t be blockage. After surgery, I could breathe through my nose so well that I wondered if this much air was really supposed to come in I can breathe well, and I really like my nose line too.. From the nasal bridge to the nasal tip, it was made slim in the way I wanted, so every time I look in the mirror, I’m 100% satisfied haha
