I got implant-free rhinoplasty at Obli Plastic Surgery. I chose implant-free rhinoplasty for a safe and natural-looking change, and now 6 months have passed. As time has gone by, it has become even more natural, so people around me don’t know I had surgery. I’m happy that the nasal tip I used to edit in photos no longer needs editing. The columella incision line I was worried about is fine too, and now I can make all facial expressions naturally. I was concerned about my hump nose and drooping nasal tip, but although implants would definitely create a clear change, I was worried about side effects, so I had it done without implants by Director Kim Da-alm at Obli Plastic Surgery. Ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used, and if you value safety and natural-looking results, consider implant-free rhinoplasty.
