Nose Surgery Reviews

It’s my third time, and this time it really turned out well

I had my first nose surgery with donated costal cartilage + silicone, but it came out really pointy and strange, so I held out for years thinking it would look better once the swelling went down. But it didn’t improve at all, and actually looked even stranger over time, so I eventually had a full removal surgery 2 years ago. After removing everything, my nose became so blunt and flat, and that was stressful in its own way Every time I looked in the mirror, I just sighed, and I hesitated so much over whether to have a third surgery or not. I had already failed twice, so I was scared, wondering if it would really be okay if I did it again. But I couldn’t keep living like this, so I went for a consultation at a clinic, and when I told them all about my previous surgery history, they checked everything carefully while looking at the CT. They said they would aim for a natural straight-to-slightly-curved profile without overdoing it, so I asked them not to be greedy and to just make it look natural. It’s now been one month since I had revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage, and the nasal tip has been shaped beautifully, with none of that pointy or strange feeling like before. I also had nostril asymmetry, and that was corrected too, so I’m really happy. My nostrils used to be different sizes, but now they look almost the same. They said there’s still some swelling left, so I think it’ll look even better once it goes down more. Since I had already had two revision surgeries, I was really worried, but this time, I feel good every time I look in the mirror On the third try, I finally got a nose I like. Seriously
