It’s been exactly one month since my first nose surgery and full-face fat grafting. At 2 weeks, I was worried because my nasal tip swelling looked plump and upturned, but after removing the stitches inside my nose, it seems to have gone down quickly. I probably don’t need any more fat grafting, right?
