Review of alar reduction

In my mid-20s, when I didn’t know anything, I just found a Gangnam clinic that was said to be famous for alar reduction on a beauty-surgery cafe and went ahead with it without much thought. They said they’d give me a 100,000 won cashback if I wrote a review on the cafe, but I didn’t do it, so I don’t even remember the clinic’s name lol But now, 7 years after the surgery, looking back, I think I did really well lolol Toward the end of the surgery, the anesthesia was wearing off, so I vaguely remember talking with the doctor while I was still groggy. They said that while doing the alar reduction, they removed something like 0.5 mm differently on each side to correct the asymmetry. But they hadn’t mentioned this during the consultation. I’d originally been concerned about asymmetry too, so thinking about it now, I’m really grateful lol If I’d known there was a community like this, I would’ve promoted them hard, so that’s a shame A slight side effect was that for a while, there was a flood of sebum on my nasal alae..? lol But I figured it was just my face adapting to the change, so I just diligently squeezed it out and took care of my pores. There is a scar that looks like it’s curled inward toward the nostril side, but I think only people who know would notice lol If you don’t know, it just looks like I’m someone with rounded nasal alae. You’d have to look really closely at my nostrils to see it anyway, so I go around bare-faced just fine in daily life. Anyway, I’m very satisfied that I finished a lifelong wish in my 20s, when my recovery ability was good!
