Here’s my real review after getting my lifelong incurable nasal congestion that kept me from sleeping, and my bulbous nose and hump nose that stressed me out my whole life, all fixed at once at GNG Hospital. Since I was young, I lived with the nickname “big nose” because of my bulbous nose and hump nose combination.. And because of chronic rhinitis, my nasal congestion was so severe that I carried around a steroid nasal spray.. On days I forgot to bring it, I had to buy one at the pharmacy, so I have about 5-6 at home. I took this chance to fix both the shape and functional problems, and decided to have surgery at GNG Hospital near Bongeunsa Station. If you look at my before photos, you’ll understand why my nickname was “big nose,” right? My nose was broad and flat, and my nasal bridge barely had any definition.. But when you look at the after photos, it’s seriously a different story; The director shaved down the hump cleanly, and for the nasal bridge, used a custom implant fitted exactly to my facial bone structure to make it smooth and defined. For the bulbous nose and drooping nasal tip, he used septal cartilage and created a really nice line. Since I also had alar reduction, I guess I can finally graduate from the “big nose” nickname now, right? And as expected from GNG ENT Hospital, I had septoplasty done together, so now I don’t need nasal spray anymore. I also no longer need to spend money buying one on days I forget to bring it. If you want to get functional nose surgery and rhinitis rhinoplasty at the same time, try a consultation at GNG. My life has genuinely changed.
