My nose revision surgery, day 8

These are photos from day 8 after my nose revision surgery!! I had nose surgery using septal cartilage in 2022, but my budget back then was 2 million won, so maybe because I couldn’t do many procedures, my nose was still bulbous, and when viewed from the side, my columella had really ((dis.appeared)),, But functionally there weren’t any problems, so I thought I should just live with it, but revision surgery was always in my mind 😭 So around last year, I decided to get revision surgery and worked hard going around for consultations and carefully choosing a clinic, and finally the booked date came, so I had the surgery,, First of all, I’m a professional worrier (50,000 worries), so when deciding on a clinic, I was really meticulous I had some clear criteria: 1. A clinic with only one director, no matter what 2. A director with at least 10 years of experience 3. Whether they are definitely registered with the association of plastic surgery specialists (this is really essential..) 4. Aesthetic sense 5. Aftercare I did have many other detailed criteria too, but these 5 were the most important! If even one didn’t fit, PASS.. Anyway, because I prepared slowly and with plenty of time for consultations, I did online research alone for 4 months lol lol So in the end, I had nose revision surgery (using autologous costal cartilage) + paranasal augmentation together I hesitated a bit over whether to do the paranasal augmentation, but because of my nasolabial folds shining so brightly under natural light, I just did it together lol For now, on day 8, there are no issues like inflammation or pain! Of course, this is something I need to keep watching, so I plan to monitor it carefully haha Honestly, as for the line, I still seem to have quite a lot of swelling, so I do look like my nose is puffy haha Still, taking the swelling into account, the upturned nose, the missing columella, and even the crooked nose have all been corrected a lot! The line also seems much better, maybe because the columella has come down I want the swelling to go down quickly so I can go around taking lots of photos 😎
