Nose Surgery Reviews

My review after succeeding with my first nose surgery haha... I got a dramatic-looking result

I’m writing this review because my satisfaction after nose surgery is seriously so high haha My original nose was bulbous, and the tip was really blunt, so when you looked at my face, only my nose looked big;; Because of that, I was stressed about my nose, but my parents said they wouldn’t support me for cosmetic surgery.. procedures probably wouldn’t have much effect either... So I decided I’d pay for the surgery myself and worked part-time jobs while saving money really hard Even while saving, I kept looking through all the cosmetic surgery communities like ㄱㄴㅇㄴ, ㅂㅂㅌ, ㅇㅇㅇ, ㄱㅇㅅ, etc., and after researching, I was able to narrow down a few places that did the nose style I wanted. Right before I had saved up all the money, I started going around to hospitals for consultations One tip here is... places I like have a very high chance of being popular lol So, for example, if I want to have surgery in May, I need to finish consultations by at least March to feel safe It’s not over just because you get a consultation, and you also need an available surgery date... Thankfully, because I researched in advance, things could go according to my original plan. Among the places I visited, ㄹㅂㄹ had the latest available consultation booking, but I liked the consultation there the most, so I ended up getting surgery there First of all, I went to this hospital purely just because of the design, you know? But before going there, when I visited other hospitals, I realized that fewer places than I expected had directors who explained professional knowledge about nose surgery;; So I thought, wow, I really chose based only on design and regretted it a bit, but this director had quite a bit of experience, so I went with at least some expectations.. Maybe because of that, the director explained nose surgery materials really realistically, and there were a lot of people in reviews who used costal cartilage, but here I heard two surgical methods One was using costal cartilage. The other was surgery without costal cartilage. The director only explained both methods and said the choice was up to me. Honestly, using costal cartilage costs more, so if he had just seen me as money, he would obviously have recommended costal cartilage. But he didn’t, and I also liked that he told me to choose a possible method after considering my whole situation For me, correcting the nasal tip was the most important, but the director said my nasal septum wasn’t exactly small, and that he would make the tip as much as possible using only septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and that silicone needed to be placed in the nasal bridge. After thinking it over, I got surgery that way!! Anyway, it’s better to use the minimum amount of materials during surgery.... haha And the director planned the design, and it was the look I wanted, so the surgery went ahead safely Honestly, since I didn’t use costal cartilage, I underestimated the recovery period, but um.. it wasn’t completely painless My nose felt kind of throbbing and tight? And because of the splint, it was really stuffy at first... I regretted it then.. thinking, why am I paying my own money to do this to myself... Still, once the splint was removed, it got much better, and until about one month, my philtrum movement was so strange that even making facial expressions looked awkward lol Still, I didn’t rush for no reason and spent the recovery period following everything the hospital told me to follow After surgery, I’m really sooo satisfied. The design came out dramatically well, but more than anything, my nose looks seriously so refined..... Before surgery, people around me asked why I was doing it haha They said my nose wasn’t so bad that it couldn’t be looked at and that it was fine, so I should think carefully about nose surgery.. But I also thought about it really carefully, found a place said to be good, and got it done, and I have literally zero regrets about the result!!! Since I was struggling through it alone, my parents even helped pay part of the surgery cost haha If it had gone badly after that, I would have been even sadder, but it succeeded, so I’m really proud If I have one good tip for recovery, sleeping with your pillow high is much better!!! This is actually something the hospital manager told me lol but it was way better than just lying flat. Everyone, keep it in mind, and I hope your surgeries go well~!
