A long time ago, I had surgery for a drooping, arrow-shaped nose, and it was done by inserting ear cartilage into the nasal tip. I wasn’t planning to increase the height of my nose, so it was done with cartilage only, but when the splint was removed a week later, my nose had become twice as big.. It became even bigger and bulkier than the nose I had originally been concerned about, so for a year I worked really hard to make my nose smaller … The drooping nasal tip improved a little, but scar tissue formed, so my nose didn’t turn out pretty. The consultant was kind and nice, but the nose surgery didn’t go well, so they gave me scar tissue injections. The aftercare was disappointing, and I don’t like the shape of my nose, so I’m planning to have revision surgery this time. The director has since left, but this is my personal review.
