My nose was low, but what stressed me out more than that was that it looked short. It also had a slightly upturned look, so from the front my nose had no presence, and from the side it looked short and low, so it looked flat. What I was most worried about before surgery was lengthening my short nose, but length was definitely added, and the upturned-looking feeling is gone. It rises naturally in a straight-with-slight-curve line, so the side profile looks clean too. From the front, my nose also looks a bit more defined, and I can really feel that the short, flat-looking impression has changed a lot.
