When I went for the consultation, there was no consultation manager, so the doctor handled everything from beginning to end. I went thinking about alar cartilage binding and alar reduction because I have a broad, bulbous nose, but they said from the beginning that I would ruin my nose if I had surgery using those methods (?) They clearly have their own surgical method and know-how, and they have a strong sense of pride. I liked that they had extensive surgical experience and accurately analyzed the problems with my current nose before approaching them, but I am uneasy about proceeding with an unfamiliar surgical method. Above all, I am deliberating because the cost is far too high.
