As of now, it has been about two and a half months since my surgery, and most of the after photos were taken about one month after surgery. The reason I started considering rhinoplasty was that although my nasal bridge itself was not particularly low, I had a hump, and my nasal tip was very droopy From the front, my nasal bridge was not straight either, and it looked a little wide. I received a recommendation for a plastic surgery clinic from an acquaintance, and after the consultation, I ended up having surgery with autologous costal cartilage by Director Lee Byung-jun. Now that I am approaching the three-month mark, I really feel like I made the right decision. Even from the front, my nasal bridge looks more defined, so my facial features look sharper, and especially because the humped-nose look is gone, I feel like my masculine impression has come back a lot! More than anything, during the preoperative consultation, I had not been thinking about the glabella area, but the director said that enhancing the glabella area would improve my overall image, so we proceeded that way, and I think it looks much better than before! Since the director basically has a good aesthetic sense, he also improved areas I had not even considered, so my nose feels much more dramatically defined. Both my acquaintance and I tend to have faces that swell easily, so I was worried until the surgery, but after about a week, almost all of the swelling had gone down, so there was no disruption to daily life at all. I also did not have much postoperative swelling. Since I raised the nasal bridge quite a lot, there was some tightness, but there was almost no pain. My family and the acquaintances around me who know I had plastic surgery all reacted by saying it turned out really natural and well. In fact, everyone I met for the first time after surgery did not know that I had surgery. Honestly, when it is obvious that a man had plastic surgery, it can feel a little awkward, so I am satisfied and relieved about that too If you have any questions, please leave a comment!
